Municipal and Non-Profit Corporations

The firm is uniquely positioned to provide representation to municipalities, local governmental units, and nonprofits.  The firm represents several different municipalities in the State of Nebraska.  Our legal work for municipalities includes:  municipal utilities and services; local government improvement and public works projects; public lawsuits; municipal financing; annexations; eminent domain proceedings; land use disputes; drafting and enacting city ordinances.

The firm’s attorneys serve as directors for various nonprofit organizations and foundations.  While serving on these boards, the firm’s attorneys have provided legal services to these entities.  Additionally, the firm has formed a number of foundations and non-profit organizations and advises these clients on a regular basis.
