The firm has represented Creditors and Debtors in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska since the 1980′s.  Since this time, the firm has provided representation to both Creditors and Debtors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy cases.  The firm’s bankruptcy practice is one of the most active in the State of Nebraska and one of the firm’s senior partners, Mr. Hahn, is one of the most experienced bankruptcy attorneys practicing in the State.

The firm engages in advising and counseling clients on debt restructuring and liquidation for personal, consumer, business and farm indebtedness. Our representation includes advising clients on the procedure and requirements for each type of bankruptcy and then giving our advice on which type of bankruptcy is appropriate given the circumstances. Potential clients should be advised that this process starts with an initial consultation and requires that the client download and fill out either a non-business questionnaire for a personal bankruptcy or a business questionnaire for a business bankruptcy.
